Welcome to the Bethany Christian Church Blog! This will be a place we can share stories about the life of our church, post announcements, and stay in touch with one another and the community.
Lucy Jackson is still at home very weak, dealing with past surgeries and compliations, husband Jesse has just had his foot amputated to include part of the heal. He is still at St Joe Hospital. George Holcomb is in hospice care Maureen Raisor )Mark's friend) is also in hospice care Wayne Foster's 6 yr old grand daughter had a kidney removed due to a tumor. The family of Phillip, Gloria and Laurie Woodall have all had too many surgieries this last year for one family (Mark's co-worker Becky Arvin's father is very ill (Chips's co-worker) Paula Elders mother is elderly & homebound (Chip's co-worker) Casey Crosby's mother broke her back (Chip's co-worker) JOYS Evan D'Olive will be graduating May 16th and ordination at Bethany May 16th at 6:30 PM with dessert reception to follow Callie (Gardner)Valle will be graduating from college May 9th.
Calendar of Events for Bethany May 3rd - Board meeting immediately following church service May 15th (not the 16th) Evan's graduation in the AM and ordination at Bethany at 6:30 PM May 17th - Fellowship Dinner Always remember God's Pantry food!!
